Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Idea Bob ("the Service"), operated by Master 22 Solutions. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old and able to enter a binding contract. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.

3. Subscriptions, credits & refunds

  • Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel any time from the Stripe customer portal.
  • Credit packs are a one-time purchase. Unused credits do not expire but are non-transferable.
  • Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
  • We may change pricing with at least 14 days notice for active subscribers.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal, harmful, or fraudulent activity.
  • Submit content that infringes intellectual property, privacy, or other rights.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload the Service.
  • Resell, white-label, or redistribute AI outputs as a competing service without permission.
  • Abuse the MCP server, API tokens, or AI credits beyond fair-use thresholds.

5. Your content

You retain ownership of the ideas, text, and files you submit ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display Your Content solely to operate the Service for you. If you mark an idea as public, you also grant us a license to display it in the public Gallery.

6. AI outputs

AI-generated content (scores, validations, competitor analyses, etc.) is provided "as is" for informational purposes only. It is not financial, legal, or business advice. You are solely responsible for decisions you make based on AI outputs.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, logos, and documentation, is owned by Master 22 Solutions and protected by copyright and trademark law. Except for Your Content, no rights are granted to you beyond the license to use the Service under these Terms.

8. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for breach of these Terms, non-payment, or to protect the integrity or security of the Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately.

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

10. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MASTER 22 SOLUTIONS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) USD $100 OR (B) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend and indemnify Master 22 Solutions from any claim arising out of Your Content, your use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Master 22 Solutions' principal place of business, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced via email or in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect.
